Payout method

We provide various payout methods for the convenience of your receiver.

PAYOUT CURRENCY: VND, USD and AUD

TRANSACTION LIMIT:

For receiving VND, USD:

Maximum amount per transaction: 30,000 AUD
Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD

For receiving AUD:

Maximum amount per transaction: 4,000 AUD
Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD

Note:

AUD may not be available in some provinces.
There is no limit on the number of transactions you can create.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:

Delivery times depend on the receiver’s location. Once the transaction has been processed, estimated timeframes are as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City: Within 3 hours‍
Inner Regional Areas: Same day‍
Outer Regional Areas: Within 1- 2 business days

The receiver must be an individual with following details:

HOW TO RECEIVE THE MONEY:

The receiver must present a valid Identification as follows:
- For Vietnamese nationals:
  - Citizen Identity Card (CCCD - Căn Cước Công Dân)
  - Identity Card (Thẻ Căn Cước)
  - Electronic identity (Căn cước điện tử) via the national identification application
- For foreign nationals: International Passport
The name on the ID must exactly match the receiver's name provided.
The person collecting the funds must be the same individual named on the ID.

For Organisation Accounts:

Maximum amount per transaction: 495 million VND or up to 30,000 AUD (based on current exchange rates)
Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD

For Individual Accounts:

Maximum amount per transaction: 30,000 AUD
Minimum amount per transaction: 20 AUD

Note:

There is no limit on the number of transactions you can create.

Bank account is credited within 30 minutes – 1 hour from Monday to Sunday and Vietnam public holidays.

Bank account is credited within 2 – 3 hours from Mon to Friday during business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm AEST).

Bank account is credited the next business day for Saturday, Sunday and Vietnam public holidays.

Receiving amount 500 million VND and over

Bank account is credited within 1 to 2 business days.

*Some banks may charge fees when the receiver withdraws or receives their funds.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

OUTSIDE HO CHI MINH CITY: 1-2 hours after the transaction is approved from Monday to Friday. Our bank partner will contact the receiver to collect their ID (CMND, Passport, or The Can Cuoc) and arrange a convenient pick-up location. To change the pick-up location, contact (028) 730 00199.

INSIDE HO CHI MINH CITY: Funds will be available for pick-up 1-2 hours after the transaction is approved. The pick-up location is: 567 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 1, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY:

Our banking partner will contact the receiver to confirm their valid identification and arrange a cash pick-up location.
The receiver must visit the selected pick-up location and present valid identification:
- For Vietnamese nationals:

  - Identity Card (Thẻ Căn Cước)

The receiver’s wallet account will receive the funds after 1-2 hours once the transaction is processed.

IMPORTANT:

For the MoMo wallet to receive the funds, the MoMo wallet balance plus the amount you will send, must not exceed 200 million VND.

To ensure successful transactions, please provide us with the correct account details. Incorrect information may lead to processing delays.
